Nose: Delicate aromas of sunflowewr, mandarin and honeycomb.
Palate: Dry with red apple, apricot and walnut flavours. Rich, textured and full bodied.
Cellaring: Will improve in the cellar for 5 -7 years
Food Match: Perfectly suited to any lamb or white meat dish and will easily handle richer or
creamier dishes as it has the fruit weight and texture to cut through the richness and complement those flavours.
Winemaking: 100% fermented in French oak barrels (25% new). No malolactic fermentation. Barrels lees-stirred monthly. 12 months in barrel
