The Home Block Chardonnay is our flagship white wine. All Mendoza clone from our Home Block Vineyard. It is 100% barrel fermented and goes through 100% malolactic fermentation. It remains in barrel for 10 months and the lees are stirred monthly.
The wine is pale gold colour. Showcasing rich stone fruit, spice, and elegant mineral notes alongside generous texture and weight all balanced by cool climate acidity.
With less than 3600 bottles made this wine highly sought after.
